Cnc Bridge Saw

Our equipment can be equipped with an industrial camera that captures surface images of stone slabs. It automatically identifies defects such as cracks, spots and color discrepancies on the slabs, and also detects the direction of the slab grain. This enables the CNC system to generate an optimal cutting path based on the images, minimizing material waste.

The Sole Engraving Module is an optional functional component for our CNC Bridge Saw. Equipped with a 5.5 kW electric spindle that boasts a rotational speed range of 0–24,000 RPM, it is mainly designed for 2D flat engraving and high-speed milling of stone materials. It ensures finer engraving precision while boosting processing speeds for operations such as curve cutting and chamfer milling.

Our equipment can also be fitted with two vacuum suction cups that can hold a load of up to 100 kg. These enable automatic loading, precise positioning, slab flipping, and unloading & handling—thus eliminating inefficiencies and positioning inaccuracies associated with manual handling.

Since a single slab may have uneven thickness in different areas, our equipment can also be fitted with a slab thickness detector. It automatically detects the actual thickness of the slab, preventing cutting errors, edge chipping and other issues caused by inconsistent thickness. It also ensures precise cutting depth and uniform dimensions for the processed slabs.

To ensure operator safety, we can also install a safety door that separates the cutting zone from operators. This prevents personnel from coming into contact with splashes, water mist and debris while the equipment is in operation.

We can also apply a hot-dip galvanizing finish to the equipment. This prevents air, water and other corrosive media from penetrating the steel, thereby enhancing the equipment’s corrosion resistance, boosting its mechanical strength and extending its service life.

If you want to prevent your stone slabs from scratching or edge chipping, you can also opt for a rubber covered table. The rubber surface has a high friction coefficient, which keeps the slabs stable even under cutting vibrations and water-spraying conditions. It is ideal for processing thin slabs and fragile stone materials.

We can also configure the Blade Parameter Presetting function, which allows the CNC system to accurately recognize the blade's diameter, thickness and safe position—ensuring precise calculation of cutting depth, dimensions and paths.

Since large, heavy-duty stone slabs tend to shift during cutting, our equipment can be fitted with Slab Fixing Rods. These rods position and secure the slabs, keeping them firmly in place for smooth, accurate cutting.
