The HKNC-500PLUS integrates cutting, shaping, and engraving functions into a single 5 axis CNC stone machine.It is specifically designed for stone factories requiring customized production.
Depending on the cutting tools and processing requirements, the HKNC-500PLUS can process marble, granite, quartzite, artificial stone, and other types of stone.
From Digital Drawings to Finished Stone
The required shape for cutting is drawn using CAD/CAM software. The processing path is then generated based on the actual cutting requirements.
After placing the stone in the work area, the CNC system completes all processing work according to the pre-set path.

It can simultaneously control three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotary axes (A, C). The saw head can rotate 0-360 degrees and tilt up to 90 degrees.
