Drive system
Our 5-axis waterjet cutter is equipped with imported core components, boasting excellent safety and long-lasting durability. It pressurizes water and delivers a continuous water flow, which is then converted into a supersonic water jet at the cutting head. Its maximum output pressure reaches up to400 MPa (4137 bar / 60,000 psi) , with a sustainable cutting pressure of up to 380 MPa(3800 bar / 55,000 psi).

Automatic Abrasive Feeding System
Our automatic abrasive feeding system ensures a continuous and stable supply of abrasive materials, with precise control over abrasive flow rate. It uses compressed air to deliver abrasives to the cutting head and is linked to the CNC system, which automatically adjusts the abrasive dosage based on material thickness, cutting angle and cutting speed.

Air-Cooled Industrial Chiller
This air-cooled industrial chiller is equipped with a 6HP high-efficiency compressor, delivering a cooling capacity of 150,000 kcal/hour. With an operating temperature range of 5–35°C, it ensures stable thermal control for the high-pressure pump and critical components during continuous 5-axis waterjet cutting. And the integrated 0.75 kW circulation pump and compact all-in-one design provide efficient heat dissipation without the need for external cooling infrastructure.

Water Jet Software
Water Jet Software is the core CNC control software for our waterjet cutting machines. It features CAD/CAM graphic import and editing, cutting path generation, cutting parameter management, and more. It converts 2D or 3D contours from CAD drawings into 5-axis motion commands, and supports complex machining processes such as bevel cutting, chamfering and 3D contour cutting. It also displays cutting head status, pressure, speed and abrasive flow in real time.

Vision-Based CNC Cutting System
Our 5-axis cutting machine is equipped with a 20-megapixel camera, advanced vision algorithms, and high-precision contour fitting technology. This visual contour capture solution is fully integrated into the CNC system, enabling automatic recognition, path generation, and cutting without manual programming. Furthermore, once the image is captured, the machine immediately performs high-precision cutting, improving automation, efficiency, and cutting accuracy.

Movable Operator Station
Our mobile operation console is equipped with the NcStudio V10 CNC system, a 19-inch LCD display, pump interface, keyboard and mouse. It supports G-code, PLT and DXF files generated by UG, Mastercam, Casmate, Art Cam, AutoCAD and CorelDraw. It also allows real-time adjustment of cutting paths and parameters, ensuring seamless CAD/CAM integration.
