Stone processing is more than just cutting. Some countertops may require drilling, others may need 45° beveling. More complex processing involves curves, shaping, or carving details. The HKNC-500 Plus was developed and designed to solve these problems. It integrates CNC cutting, shaping, and carving functions into a single five-axis stone processing machine.

This stone cutting machine is equipped with an Italian ESA CNC system and Pegasus CAD/CAM software. The processing is based on digital drawings and pre-programmed toolpaths, making it suitable for both standard stone processing and custom stone orders.

Processing information such as program, parameters, machine status, and faults are all displayed on the same color screen. ESA Digital Servo Motors

The X, Y, Z, and C axes all utilize integrated-drive permanent magnet brushless servo motors. From the same manufacturer as the control system, motion feedback and parameter information are integrated into the same system, providing reliable stability and controllability for the machine.

Pegasus CAD/CAM Software

Drawing, importing, or nesting-Pegasus converts drawings into machining programs, covering cutting, drilling, milling, and contouring. No advanced computer skills are required; most complex layouts can be completed within five minutes.

Electric Spindle, Flexible Tooling
