The HKNC-500PLUS is equipped with an Italian ESA CNC system and Pegasus CAD/CAM software.This system can handle complex machining programs and perform various cutting and milling tasks.For different machining needs, the operator can directly design drawings using CAD/CAM programs and transfer them to the CNC system for machining. This is especially useful for workshops handling custom orders.A 21.5-inch touchscreen provides the operator with an intuitive interface.
Saw Blade and Electric Spindle:
HKNC-500PLUS combines a main saw blade with a separate electric spindle.The main spindle uses Φ350–500 mm saw blades for slab cutting. The additional electric spindle can be used for drilling, milling, profiling and other machining operations.The electric spindle is rated at 5.5 kW, with a speed of up to 24,000 rpm according to the machine configuration. Different tools can be selected according to the required machining operation.
Digital Cameras and Slab Layout:Digital cameras are used to scan slabs, capturing their actual position and surface information.This camera system helps workers plan the cutting shape according to the actual condition of the slate. When processing natural stone slates, it allows for perfect matching of textures, patterns, or areas to be avoided.With suitable software functions, operators can arrange the required components on the slate before cutting, thereby improving the utilization rate of processing expensive marble, granite, quartzite, and other high-value materials and reducing unnecessary waste.
Texture Matching and Automatic Measurement Functions:
This system can identify slab textures and assist in arranging different slates to match the texture or pattern with the desired design.Other optional configurations include a slab thickness detector and a tool preset unit.The thickness detector measures the actual thickness of the slab and helps the CNC system adjust the machining process.The tool preset unit measures the dimensions and offsets related to the tool, thereby reducing manual measurement and setup work.
Vacuum Suction System for Slab Handling:
HKNC-500PLUS can be equipped with a vacuum suction system for automatic slab handling.The available configuration has a maximum lifting capacity of 200 kg.The system helps reduce manual handling during production and can assist with moving stone pieces according to the programmed workflow.
