The HKNC-500PLUS is a 5 axis CNC stone cutting machine. It can complete all processes on a single machine, including cutting, drilling, milling, shaping, and sink opening for marble, granite, quartz, ceramic, and sintered slabs, all through a single program.

Three linear axes and two rotary axes operate in tandem with an Italian ESA control system: the saw head can rotate 360° the saw blade can tilt up to 90° and the worktable can tilt up to 85°. It can perform straight cutting, 45° beveling, curved contour machining, sink opening, and engraving without transferring slabs to other machines.

This equipment can process slabs up to 3500 mm in length and 120 mm in thickness, with a total power of 32.4 kW. It features a one-piece cast main beam and weighs 5800kg. Typical products include kitchen and bathroom countertops, washbasins, stair treads, wall and exterior cladding, and custom building components.

Difficulty in Texture Alignment:

The HKNC-500PLUS has a texture splicing function. It can check the texture and color at the joints on the screen and adjust the position of the workpiece before cutting the stone.

A single table requires cutting, edge treatment, grooving, and milling. If multiple machines are used, each time the slab is moved, it consumes manual time and carries the risk of losing the reference point. This machine, however, only requires clamping once, and all features are cut based on the same reference point.

Material Waste:

Poor cutting can waste or even scrap expensive slabs. With manual and automatic nesting functions and a stone slab image acquisition module, you can nest the slabs based on photos of the actual stone slabs, avoiding defects. The system automatically identifies all cracks. Most complex nesting operations can be completed within five minutes.

Reliance on Multiple Stone Processing Machines:

Using different machines for cutting, milling, and carving means requiring a larger floor space, more operators, and more maintenance. The HKNC-500PLUS, however, is a multi-functional stone cutting machine that integrates sawing, drilling, milling, grooving, step milling, and carving.

1. Slab Imaging and Recognition
01 – Automatic nesting. Software arranges parts on the slab, fitting more shapes and cutting offcut waste.

02 – Manual nesting. Operators adjust the layout against real grain, defects, or a customer's specific instruction.

03 – Vein matching. Check grain and colour across the seam before cutting – waterfall edges, L-shaped tops, splashbacks, feature walls.

04 – Layout optimization. Around 10% material saving is achievable on many projects, depending on slab quality, part shape, kerf, and nesting method. We recommend a test with your own drawings.

05 – Defect avoidance. The system identifies all cracks automatically, so the cutting plan works around them.

2. High-Precision 5-Axis Machining

5-axis interpolation. Linear and rotary axes coordinate so the tool reaches the stone from any direction–complex profiles, curved edges, special-shaped parts.

85° tilting worktable. Tilts for loading and positioning heavy slabs.
