I. Features of Polishing Wheels: For many years, line polishing has remained in a primitive, rough, and outdated state. Polished lines often exhibit noticeable dark lines and severely insufficient gloss. Therefore, companies with higher requirements for line polishing are currently forced to use manual polishing. However, manual polishing still has the following drawbacks:

1. High labor intensity and high labor costs; a "human wave" approach is highly impractical.

2. Line geometric dimensions are highly non-standard, resulting in an uneven surface.

3. Gloss is still insufficient, especially when the stone line shape is complex; it is difficult to polish the pits manually. To address these problems, our factory, after years of research and repeated practice, has successfully developed a new, unique, and practical line polishing wheel by actively adopting new technologies and materials. This technology is the first of its kind in China, and currently only our company (registered trademark "Zhongyi") possesses this technology. Lines polished by this polishing wheel achieve the following:
1. Precise geometric dimensions
2. Mirror-like surface
3. No "dark lines" or unevenness.

II. How to use the polishing wheel: To achieve ideal lines, proper use of the polishing wheel is crucial. Pay attention to the following two points:

1. Wheel Dressing
To ensure a perfect fit between the polishing wheel and the shaping wheel, the polishing wheel must be dressed. Find a ceramic grinding wheel of appropriate size (the grit can be slightly coarser), and use a profiling machine to roughly trace the shape. Then, dress the grinding wheel with an electroplated wheel (coarse grit), and then use the dressed grinding wheel to dress the polishing wheel until a perfect fit is achieved.

2. Wheel Cleaning
After dressing, the polishing wheel's shape is basically matched, but its surface is still rough with obvious striations. It must be cleaned with 300-500 grit wet sandpaper until the striations and roughness are completely eliminated. 3. Repeat: After a period of grinding, the repaired polishing wheel will deform and develop new striations. At this point, the polishing wheel must be re-repaired. (Method as before)
