The HLSQ-700 is a microcomputer-controlled infrared bridge saw designed specifically for cutting granite and marble slabs. It accommodates slabs up to 3200 × 2000 mm, cuts stone thicknesses up to 220 mm, and utilizes saw blades with diameters ranging from Φ400 to 700 mm.

The HLSQ-700 fills a market gap between standard saws (often limited by cutting depth when processing thick granite) and "medium-sized block cutters" (primarily designed for processing curbstones or half-blocks). It is an ideal upgrade for stone processors who handle thicker slabs but whose primary output remains slabs rather than raw blocks or curbstones.

The machine features a tilting worktable (up to 85°) that facilitates easy slab loading; operators can simply slide the slab onto the table from a forklift or jib crane without the need for strenuous manual positioning. An infrared alignment system guides the blade along the cutting path, while the microcomputer control system ensures precise blade positioning throughout the entire 3.2-meter travel distance. The entire processing operation can be managed by a single operator.

HLSQ-700 Processing Efficiency:
We do not exaggerate the "number of slabs cut per hour," as this depends on the stone type, saw blade, and upstream feeding methods. However, processing plants using the HLSQ-700 report consistent advantages:

Things to Consider Before Buying

A bridge saw is a long-term capital investment. Here are a few points customers often overlook before placing an order:

1. Consider the slab thickness range, not just the maximum thickness:
If your daily processing tasks mostly involve slabs under 100mm thick, do not purchase the "700" model just "in case." Choosing the "450" ​​model saves on the purchase price and reduces electricity and foundation construction costs. The "700" model is recommended only if processing slabs between 100mm and 220mm thick is part of your regular business operations, rather than an occasional task performed once a month.

2. Concrete foundation:
The HLSQ-700 model requires installation on a cast-in-place concrete base. We provide foundation construction drawings with the order. Your flooring must be capable of supporting the load of this concrete structure, and once the machine is anchored with foundation bolts, it cannot be easily relocated. If you plan to move your workshop within a few years, please let us know; we can analyze whether the HLSQ-450 model-featuring an integrated design-would better suit your needs.

3. Consider total installation costs, not just the equipment price
Before comparing quotes, please factor in the following costs:

• Concrete foundation construction
• Three-phase power supply and circuit breaker specifications (main motor power: 18.5/22 kW)
• Water supply and drainage facilities (water consumption: 4 m³/h)
• Diamond saw blades (a 700mm blade costs more than a 450mm blade-please budget for spares)
• Loading method: If you do not have an overhead crane system, calculate the cost of an optional jib crane.

4. Bevel cutting function:
If you are in the business of countertop fabrication, edge beveling will inevitably be part of your workflow. If a beveling head is not included in the configuration, all beveling operations must be performed on a dedicated edge-grinding machine. This necessitates secondary clamping and alignment, resulting in additional labor costs. Most processing plants that do not initially include this feature typically retrofit it within a year.

• The three most frequently used sheet sizes and thicknesses (based on production volume)
• Your three-phase power specifications (voltage and circuit breaker rated current)
• Current sheet loading/unloading method (forklift, bridge crane, or no handling equipment required)
