It is mainly used to cut large blocks of raw stone into basic blanks and is widely used in various types of stone processing. I. Pre-start Checks
1. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment: A safety helmet, cut-resistant gloves, and safety glasses must be worn, along with non-slip shoes. Loose clothing and gloves must not be worn near the rotating parts of the equipment to prevent injury from being caught in them.
2. Ensure the stone is securely fixed: The slab to be cut must be placed stably on the table and clamped firmly to prevent shaking, displacement, or even ejection during cutting, which could lead to accidents.
3. Carefully inspect the saw blade: Ensure the saw blade is free of cracks and missing teeth, is securely installed, its installation direction conforms to the equipment requirements, and that the saw blade guard is intact and properly installed.
4. Clean the work environment: Clean the equipment tracks, tabletop, and surrounding area, ensuring there is no debris, standing water, or oil stains to avoid affecting equipment operation or causing personnel to slip.
II. Prohibited Operations
1. Never place your hands or any part of your body in front of, under, or within the cutting area of the saw blade. Never use your hands to clean stone debris during cutting to prevent hand injuries from the saw blade.
2. Never lean against the equipment body, tracks, or tabletop. Never stand in the direction of the saw blade's tangent to prevent material from flying or the saw blade from breaking, causing personal injury.
3. Never attempt to cut beyond the equipment's rated thickness or the stone's hardness. Do not cut materials beyond the equipment's processing range to avoid saw blade breakage, equipment damage, or material splashing that could injure personnel.
4. If any abnormal noises, violent vibrations, or material jamming are observed during operation, immediately stop the machine and disconnect the power. Investigate the cause only after the equipment has completely stopped. Never attempt to continue cutting.
5. During equipment operation, operators must not leave their posts without authorization, and must not chat or be distracted while operating the equipment. They must focus entirely on observing the equipment's operating status and promptly identify any abnormalities.
III. Cutting Standards
1. After starting the machine, perform a no-load check to ensure stable operation, normal saw blade rotation, and proper functioning of the water cooling system. Only proceed with cutting after confirming no abnormalities.
2. When processing irregularly shaped or small pieces of stone, use specialized clamps to secure them firmly. Handling the material by hand is strictly prohibited, and hands should be kept away from the cutting area.
3. The cutting operation must follow the principles of "slow, steady, and even" advance. Advance the material at a uniform speed, and avoid sudden pushing, pulling, or pressing to prevent overloading, breakage, or material displacement of the saw blade.
4. When multiple people are working together, clear division of labor is required. Only one person should be responsible for operating the equipment; other personnel should only perform auxiliary tasks such as handling and material organization. Multiple people operating the equipment simultaneously is strictly prohibited.
IV. Shutdown and Finishing Procedures
1. After cutting is completed, stop the cutting action immediately. Wait until the saw blade has completely stopped rotating and the power is off before cleaning the worktable and surrounding area of waste and dust. Cleaning while the saw blade is still running is strictly prohibited.
2. If any equipment malfunction or damage is discovered during operation, immediately stop the machine and disconnect the power. Display a "Fault Reporting, Do Not Use" sign and contact a professional for repair. Unauthorized disassembly or repair of the equipment is strictly prohibited.
3. Completely shut off the power and water supply to the equipment. Clean the worktable, tracks, and area around the saw blade of any remaining stone debris. Keep the equipment and work area clean to prevent residual materials from affecting the next operation.
