The cutting head can cut at any angle, making it easy to process complex shapes such as polygons, sectors, circles, ovals, horse-belly edges, grids, flowerpot holes, and contours.
The cutting head can tilt between 0° and 90° for easy chamfering of slabs.
The machine is equipped with suction cups to hold slabs for easy movement after cutting. It can move slabs weighing up to 360 kg.
It features automatic stone thickness measurement and saw blade diameter measurement functions. This function automatically measures the saw blade diameter and monitors wear in real time, eliminating the inaccuracies of traditional manual measurements.
Utilizing the Italian ESA intelligent CNC system and accompanying CAD/CAM software, it allows direct input of designed graphics into the five-axis system and supports one-click import of DXF files.
It is equipped with a camera for automatically taking pictures to measure the dimensions of the slabs. It can also identify defective areas in the material from the photos and automatically avoid these areas during the processing layout.
After processing is completed, the pneumatic rollers automatically rise and the worktable flips over, making it easy to unload the processed material.
The worktable can tilt up to 85° for easy loading and unloading of slabs.
