Daily Stone Countertop Processing Center Maintenance
1. Check the spindle tooling mechanism for proper operation. Click the manual tooling button to verify that the tool can be released and clamped properly.
2. Clean the toolholder taper before leaving get off work each day.
3. The tool gripper can be removed and cleaned every two weeks.
4. Use a BT40 spindle cleaning rod to clean the spindle taper hole inside the spindle once a week.
5. Check the hydraulic oil level in the tooling cylinder to ensure the oil level in the oil cup is within the upper limit and not below the lower limit.
6. Use only clean water for internal drainage to prevent damage to the high-speed rotary joint seal and extend its service life. If water leaks from the high-speed rotary joint drain hole, replace the high-speed rotary joint. Avoid leaks from the high-speed rotary joint and damage to the machine spindle structure.
7. Regularly check the spindle belt for looseness.
8. Clean dirt from the toolholder before and after starting the machine each day. Prevent dust from entering the spindle mechanism during tool changes.
