Vacuum System Maintenance

1. To maintain the vacuum system, ensure the water tank is full daily.
2. Keep the water tank cap closed to prevent dust and foreign matter from entering the tank.
3. Regularly check the water in the water tank for turbidity. If turbid, turn off the vacuum pump, pump out the dirty water, and then refill the tank with clean water.
4. Clean the vacuum cups and air pipes daily to prevent sludge from entering the vacuum system.
 

Lubrication and Dust Control
Before beginning any maintenance, turn the main switch to the OFF position to disconnect the power. Never use gasoline, solvents, or other flammable liquids to clean the machine.
1. Clean dust from the machine daily, especially from the floor, workbench, and crossbeam dust cover around the machine.
2. Check the lubricant level in the immersion oil monthly.
3. Check the grease level in the oil tank mounted on top of the crossbeam monthly.
4. Change the engine oil in the crossbeam and right side of the longitudinal member annually.
