Industrial Robot Arm Stone Machine Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Manipulator
Regularly clean the manipulator base and arm. High-pressure cleaning equipment may be used, but avoid spraying directly at the manipulator. If the manipulator is protected by grease film or other protective coverings, remove them as required. (Avoid using strong solvents such as acetone. To prevent static electricity, non-conductive surfaces such as spray equipment and hoses must be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not use a dry cloth.)
2. Cleaning and Maintenance of the Hollow Wrist
Depending on the actual situation, the hollow wrist should be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent dust and particle accumulation. Use a lint-free cloth for cleaning. After cleaning the wrist, apply a small amount of vaseline or a similar substance to the wrist surface to facilitate future cleaning.
3. Regular Inspection
Check for oil leaks; check for excessive gear play; and check for damage to the cables connecting the control cabinet, purge device, process cabinet, and manipulator.
4. Inspecting the Mounting Bolts
The fastening bolts and clamps securing the manipulator to the foundation must be kept clean and protected from contact with corrosive liquids such as water, acidic or alkaline solutions, or other corrosive liquids. This can prevent corrosion of fasteners; if the anti-corrosion layer such as galvanizing or paint is damaged, the relevant parts should be cleaned and painted with anti-corrosion paint.
