This HLCC-1200 complete curbstone production line is a fully automatic integrated processing system specially developed for mass production of road curbstone, kerb stone and landscape stone. The whole line consists of 4 core stations: multi-blade slicing machine, single-blade sizing cutting machine, chamfer & polishing machine, automatic stacking unloader. Raw stone blocks can complete slicing, fixed-length cutting, edge chamfering, surface polishing and finished product automatic stacking in one continuous workflow without manual stone transfer. It drastically cuts labor cost, improves finished product uniformity & production capacity, ideal for large stone factories & export stone manufacturers with stable bulk municipal engineering orders.
Working Stations
Multi-blade Slicing Cutting Machine:
Equipped with combined Φ1200 large saw blades, multiple slabs cut at one feeding stroke. Max feeding block size up to 2500×1800×450mm, efficiently split big raw stone into uniform thickness blanks, 3X faster than traditional single-blade cutting.
Single-blade Cutting Machine:
Precise fixed-length sizing cutting for curbstone blanks. Standard finished product max size 1200×450×200mm, tight dimensional tolerance, meets all standard road kerb specifications worldwide.
Chamfering Cutting and Polishing Machine:
Integrated 45° edge chamfer + surface polishing function. No secondary grinding required, finished stone directly reaches construction delivery standard, reduce extra processing steps & waste.
Automatic Unloader and Stacker:
Automatic grabbing and stacking finished curbstone, eliminate heavy manual carrying. Only 1-2 workers needed for full line monitoring, greatly lower labor expense & stone collision loss.
