Hualong HLCC-3/7 Multi-disc Cross Cutter is an automatic cross cutting production line specially developed for sizing granite and marble slabs. It has two configurations: 3-blade and 7-blade. The maximum cutting depth reaches 70mm, equipped with multiple independent cutter groups. This is an extremely high efficiency equipment for slab cutting-to-size mass production.
Multi-disc Cross Cutter Features
1) The slab to be cut is placed on a conveyor belt that moves across the worktable. The conveyor belt consists of multiple layers of belts with a thick rubber coating, effectively preventing damage caused by the diamond disc cutter during operation.
2) Excellent Stability: This meticulously designed and manufactured machine ensures smooth operation and reliable cutting quality.
3) A motorized longitudinal end stop maintains slab alignment during cutting.
4) After the cutting operation, the disc lifts from the workpiece and returns to its original position, ejecting the cut tile slab from the machine and feeding in a new one.
5) Highly efficient simultaneous cutting of multiple sheets of material significantly improves production efficiency.
