The HKNC-450J is equipped with an Italian ESA 5-axis CNC control system. It coordinates multiple motion axes simultaneously, combining the rotation and tilting of the cutting head to perform machining from various angles.

The saw cutting head supports 0°–360° rotation and 0°–90° tilting, while the waterjet head supports 360° rotation and tilting up to 60°.

This machine offers greater flexibility than standard PLC bridge saws for orders requiring miter cuts, 45° joins, or complex angular machining.

A distinct difference between the HKNC-450J and standard bridge saws is that both the saw and waterjet share the same processing platform.

A single slab can undergo primary cutting with the saw blade, followed immediately by internal cutout and complex contour machining using the waterjet, eliminating the need to reposition the material to a separate waterjet machine.
