Dual pneumatic circuits

Hover buffer
The processing head lifts and hovers above chipped edges before lowering – protecting the edges of thin and broken slabs.
Flexible buffer
Edge polishing time can be set individually to compensate for the ends of the slab. Removes dulled end faces, maintaining a bright center.
Speed and rotation of each processing head
Speed matched to the material. Adjacent processing heads rotate in opposite directions for cross-polishing.
Independent zone drive
Failure in one beam zone will not stop operation in the other two zones.

Automation Capability
One-touch thickness adjustment: Input the new sheet thickness into the HMI, and all 24 grinding heads will automatically reposition themselves via resistive lifting control. No manual limit setting for each grinding head is required.
Real-time abrasive monitoring: Measure the remaining abrasive thickness for each grinding head and refresh the screen in milliseconds.
Abrasive alarm and automatic locking: Low abrasive warning. The grinding head automatically lifts and locks when it runs out of abrasive, instead of grinding empty.
Programmable single grinding head parameters:Speed, rotation direction, and edge time can all be stored and adjusted via the touchscreen.
Remote maintenance: The Weinview HMI supports remote access. It can be used for diagnostics and servicing.
Data traceability: Outputs, consumable usage, and fault records can all be logged and retrieved.
