Press Water Filter

A press water filter is a mechanical dewatering device and a core component for solid-liquid separation in the industrial field. It uses a special filter medium to apply pressure to a solid-liquid mixture, forcing the liquid out.
A compacting mechanism compresses the filter plates, and a material pump pumps the suspension/wastewater into the filter chamber. As the wastewater flows through the filter plates, solid particles are retained by the drainage system and the filter medium. The wastewater slurry is continuously fed into the system until all the water is squeezed out. The remaining solids form a dry filter cake and are collected in a collection tank for processing.
This equipment is widely used in industries such as mining, stone materials, chemicals, environmental protection, and food. It is a key device for enterprises to implement "green production" and "cost control."
